The OASIS Roadster Meeting Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as "this Committee") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of advance ticket purchasers.
Article 1 (Personal information)

To manage the OASIS Roadster Meeting event
To respond to inquiries from ticket purchasers (including verifying their identity)
To send emails regarding the OASIS Roadster Meeting
To identify participants who violate the precautions stated in the event summary and refuse them participation in the event.
Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Article 4 (Change of purpose of use)
The Committee will change the purpose of use of personal information only if it is reasonably deemed that the purpose of use is related to the purpose before the change.
If the purpose of use is changed, the changed purpose will be notified to event participants in a manner specified by the Committee or announced on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of personal information to third parties)
The Committee will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the ticket purchaser, except in the following cases, unless permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them to carry out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent may impede the performance of said duties.
Article 6 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)
If the individual requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or has been obtained by fraudulent means, the Committee will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
If the Committee suspends use, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to suspend use, etc., it will notify the user without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. would involve a large amount of expenses or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can be taken that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, such alternative measures will be taken.
Article 7 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified by law or other provisions in this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on this website.
