About the event in general
Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive the following email:

If you are unable to find your ticket, please contact us via the inquiry page (https://www.oasis-mt.org/inq)of this website, providing your name, purchase date and time, type and number of tickets purchased, and the email address you believe you registered when you made your purchase.
We will contact you. When we get back to you, we may ask you to provide us with a screenshot that you took after purchasing, so please have it ready.

It is possible to purchase a passenger ticket only.
However, a "Driver (Vehicle) Ticket" is required for entry .
If you are only participating with a passenger ticket, please find a driver who has purchased a driver (vehicle) ticket and come together in the same car .
*You cannot enter with just a passenger ticket.
If you are given a driver's ticket, you can participate as the driver in your own vehicle or as a passenger in another vehicle.
If you are given a passenger ticket, you can participate as a passenger in another vehicle. You cannot participate as a driver in your own vehicle.
In either case, no further procedures are required. Please receive your participation postcard before the event and bring it with you on the day.
Postcards will not be sent to minors who are admitted free of charge. Please come to the event without a postcard and inform them that you have already registered.
If you have purchased a paid ticket but have not received a postcard, it may have been held at the post office due to an error in the address you entered when purchasing.

The sender information and mailing date are as follows:

Sender's address: Not specified
If you cannot find the ticket at the post office, please contact us via our inquiry page, providing the ticket purchaser's name, email address, the address entered when purchasing the ticket, and the ticket order number.
