Please be aware of the noise of the vehicle.
Please drive quietly around the venue to avoid disturbing local residents. In particular, please drive slowly on the approach road from the prefectural road to the venue. Loud noise is strictly prohibited.
Please do not park on the street around the venue.
Please refrain from parking on the streets around the venue as this will cause inconvenience to local residents.
Please meet up with your friends at roadside stations or highway rest areas.
Driving loudly and parking on the street are strictly prohibited!
If complaints are received from local residents, the event will not be held the following year. In fact, complaints have been received at other car events.
We would appreciate your cooperation.
Visiting time
Admission begins at 7:00. If you arrive before 7:00, you will not be able to enter the venue.
Route to the venue
Himeji Central Park has two toll gates, one in the north and one in the south. Please enter from the south toll gate. The north toll gate is closed in the morning and cannot be entered.
Route guidance by car navigation system
If you set Himeji Central Park as your destination, there is a high probability that you will be guided to the toll gate on the north side (according to research by the OASIS Executive Committee using Google Maps).

How to enter
Please present your participation certificate on your dashboard .
Pay the parking fee at the toll booth at Hime Sen.
All vehicles will enter the waiting area. During times when there is a high concentration of visiting vehicles, you will be asked to wait in the waiting area for a while. If you leave your vehicle, following vehicles will not be able to proceed, which will cause confusion. You are welcome to get off and enjoy chatting with people around you, but please do not leave your vehicle .
If you absolutely need to leave the area while waiting, for example to use the restroom or if you feel unwell, please speak to a nearby staff member and we will guide the vehicle so that you can leave.
After receiving your participant souvenir at the OASIS reception, please follow the staff's instructions to your parking spot.
Please enter via the following route until the main opening is full.
Once the main parking lot is full, you will be asked to enter the second parking lot via the following route.
Please note that routes will cross.
