Sunday, June 22, 2003. A review meeting for OASIS2003 was being held in the conference room. The know-how that had been accumulated over the past four meetings was powerless in the face of the rain. Everyone gathered in the conference room focused on these points of reflection.

Chapter 1 Rain
That day, dark clouds gathered and rain fell from the morning, the worst weather for an open-top car event. There was a heavy mood among the staff. However, we couldn't just lament.
