Important: Please Confirm Your Ticket Purchase After Payment

To everyone who has purchased an OASIS ticket, we have an important request.


After purchasing your ticket, please be sure to check the “Purchased Tickets” page and confirm that your ticket purchase was completed successfully.

To avoid issues such as “I thought I bought it, but the purchase was not actually completed,” please access the ticket confirmation page after purchase and make sure your ticket is displayed there.

Important Notice

(Especially for credit card payments)


If you pay by credit card, your purchase is only completed after you proceed to the payment screen and finish the payment process.


If you stop partway through the purchase process in any of the following situations, your purchase has not been completed:


  • You left the process before proceeding to the payment screen

  • You closed your browser during the process

  • You stopped while entering information

  • A communication error occurred and you ended the process without retrying


In these cases, the purchase will be treated as canceled, and your ticket will not be secured.
