2026 Event Overview

  1. Basic Information

    • Date Sunday, May 10, 2026

    • Time Parking lot opens: 7:00 AM / Opening ceremony: 9:30 AM

    • Venue Himeji Central Park (MAP)

    • Participation Fee

      • Advance ticket: ¥3,000/person (includes commemorative gift)

      • Day-of ticket: ¥5,000/person (no commemorative gift)

      • Free admission for those under 18 years old.

    • To help us estimate attendance numbers and maintain a balanced event budget, we kindly ask that you purchase advance tickets whenever possible.


    • Parking Fee

      • Payable on-site for both advance and day-of ticket holders

      • Standard vehicles: ¥1,200

    • Tickets Available

      • Drivers (vehicles): 850 slots

      • Passengers & minors: Unlimited


  2. How to Purchase Advance Tickets

    • Sales Method

      • Yahoo! PassMarket — accessible via the button at the bottom of this page

      • The PassMarket website is available in Japanese only. Please use your browser's translation feature or similar tools to assist you in purchasing your tickets.

      • If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us via the Contact form on this website.


    • Payment Methods

      • PayPay balance / Credit card


    • Sales Period

      • Sunday, March 1 at 9:00 PM – Tuesday, March 31 at 11:59 PM (Japan Standard TIme)


    • Admission Pass Delivery

      • Expected to be mailed in mid-April


    • Cancellations & Refunds

      • All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.


  3. How to Purchase Day-of Tickets

    • Available for purchase at the venue reception desk Cash payment only


Notes & Reminders

What to Bring on the Day

  • Admission pass (for advance ticket holders)

  • Cash (for day-of tickets, parking, food, etc.)


Arrival Time

  • Gates open at 7:00 AM (no entry before 7:00 AM)

  • Schedule may change depending on crowd conditions on the day.


Meals

  • Food is not included in the participation fee.

  • Boxed lunches and light snacks will be sold at the venue (purchase as needed).


Photography

  • Staff will be taking photos and videos throughout the venue. These may be published on the official website or social media at a later date.


Disclaimers & Requests

  • The organizer are not responsible for any accidents, injuried, or losses at the venue.

  • Please follow all instructions given by staff and security personnel for the safe running of the event.

  • If using parasols, please secure them against wind. Remove them promptly if instructed to do so.


Parking Classification

  • Vehicles other than Mazda/Eunos Roadsters — including the Fiat 124 Spider and Mitsuoka Himiko — will be directed to a separate parking area.


Prohibited Items & Behaviors

  1. Items Not Permitted on Site Bicycles, skateboards, kick scooters / firearms and bladed weapons (including model guns, wooden swords, bamboo swords) / drones / fireworks / highly flammable oils and fuels, etc.

  2. Prohibited Actions Use of open flames inside the venue / unauthorized sale or distribution of food and beverages / bringing alcohol onto the premises

  3. Space Restrictions Do not use parasols, chairs, or other items to occupy shared spaces. Setup is permitted only within the area directly in front of and behind your own vehicle.

  4. Smoking Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue except in designated areas.

  5. Illegally Modified Vehicles Vehicles with illegal modifications will be refused entry or asked to leave. In cases of non-compliance, the matter may be reported to the local police. Please follow all instructions at the entry gate and throughout the venue promptly.


Event Suspension or Cancellation

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to suspend or cancel the event for safety or other reasons. If the event is canceled, we will post an annnoucement on the website by 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, May 8 (except in emergencies).

  • In the event of cancellation, participation fees will be refunded in full.


Important Notes Regarding Ticket Purchase

  • Enter your address carefully!! (Incorrect addresses will result in your admission pass not being delivered.)

  • Double-check your email address (also check your spam/junk folder).

  • Take a screenshot of your order confirmation number screen after purchase.

  • A Yahoo! Japan ID is required to use PassMarket — please create one in advance if you don't have one.

  • Purchase confirmation emails will be sent from: passmarket-master@mail.yahoo.co.jp

  • Proxy purchases: Please ensure the admission pass is handed to the actual participant before the day of the event (passes will be checked per vehicle).
