OASIS is an event that both the staff and the executive committee can enjoy together as "participants" with you.

Of course, the organization is taken seriously, but the executive committee also places importance on having fun, and they have a great time both in the preparations and on the day of the event.

That's why, even though the staff and executive committee members are in different positions, they all share the same feelings. They are all participants who have come to enjoy OASIS.

For this reason, all staff and executive committee members at OASIS pay a participation fee to participate.

Rather than being "organizers" or "organized," we want to work together as friends sharing the same space to make the day a success.

Furthermore, the management team is a team of people who have come together on a voluntary basis, all of whom have full-time jobs and families to attend to.

We aim to run the event as smoothly as possible, but depending on the situation on the day, there may be some waiting times or shortcomings. In such cases, we would appreciate your kind support.
